Utilizing Gemba methodology, standardized processes are meticulously designed to cover documentation, operations, safety, and infrastructure. Additionally, SCMpro implementation for key customers across multiple locations is undertaken, with comprehensive training modules developed to improve staff performance and adherence to HSSE guidelines. Detailed training covering all aspects of CFS operations is crafted, including inbound flow, container handling, and outbound logistics, with meticulous documentation checks at every stage. A Power BI dashboard is created to provide a comprehensive overview of container rail station performance metrics.
